Our Values
Embracing Diversity, Equality & Inclusion
In 2020, we officially launched our Inclusion & Diversity Policy “You Belong Here” which enables us to celebrate, promote and champion DEI. Since then, we have built on this commitment and have been awarded the Investors in Diversity Silver accreditation from the Irish Centre of Diversity.
More recently, we have launched paid leave for all stages of life including Maternity, Fertility Treatment and Paternity. We have developed a Menopause Policy, delivered workshops on Cultural Awareness, Allyship and Neurodiversity and our senior team undertook inclusive leadership training. We recognise key diversity awareness dates such as Pride, International Women’s Day and World Mental Health Day, deliver Dignity and Work Training and have just launched a DEI committee.

To continue to attract, develop and retain great people we need to understand how our people feel about working in Flogas Ireland today, and how we can improve their experiences within our business.
We run an Employee Engagement Survey each year, giving our colleagues an opportunity to provide feedback!
The survey measures the engagement of the company, but also different demographics such as Division, Business Unit, Location, Department, Gender, Age and Tenure.
We are proud to have an overall Engagement score of 81% and are continuously striving to keep improving.
