The following terms and conditions apply to this promotional offer. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail: 
 

Promotion Overview

Eligible customers who sign up for or renew with Flogas for their domestic electricity and/or gas supply during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) pair of Tune Wireless Buds 2 (“Gift”) at no additional cost, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Eligibility

  1. This promotional offer is only available to Emerald Park employees and members, as determined by Flogas Ireland Ltd in its sole discretion.
  2. This promotional offer is not transferable and is limited to one Gift per eligible account.
  3. To avail of this promotional offer, customers must switch to or renew their domestic electricity and/or gas with Flogas for a minimum contract of a fixed 12-month term.
  4. You may be liable to cover the full retail value of the Gift if you cancel your contract within the fixed 12-month term.

 

Promotion Period

This promotion is valid from 18 August 2025 until 15 September 2025. Anyone who signs up outside of these dates are not entitled to receive the Gift. 

 

How to Redeem

Eligible customers must complete their sign-up or renewal through Flogas.ie.

The Gift will be dispatched within 10 working days following the conclusion of the Cooling-Off Period for the new or renewed energy plan. 

 

Cooling-Off Period

Your Cooling-Off Period is 14 days from the date of sign up or renewal. 

 

General Conditions

a. The Gift is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other product.

b. Flogas Ireland Ltd reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value in the event of stock shortages or other circumstances beyond its control.

c. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless expressly stated.

d. Flogas Ireland Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, or defect to the Gift once it has been delivered, except as required by law.

e.
