Volunteer Days – September 2025: Let’s Take Time to Give Back CSR Initiative

In September 2025, we launched our “Let’s Take Time to Give Back” CSR initiative! As part of this programme, all colleagues can avail of a paid volunteer day each year. To celebrate, we hosted a series of Volunteer Days that allowed our teams to make a meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work.

These days not only fostered a sense of togetherness but also supported local organisations and initiatives doing vital work.

Supporting Men’s Sheds
Our volunteers worked alongside the Men’s Sheds in Skerries, Drogheda, Derry, and Belfast, assisting with a variety of community and gardening projects. From planting and general upkeep to painting, our teams helped improve the environments where members gather, share skills, and collaborate.

Helping Local Food Banks
We also supported a local food bank by sorting, packaging, and distributing essential supplies. Thanks to the efforts of our colleagues, families in the area had access to the resources they needed most.

Visiting My Lovely Horse Rescue
Another group of volunteers spent their day at My Lovely Horse Rescue, an organisation dedicated to caring for and rehoming neglected animals. Our colleagues rolled up their sleeves to help with animal care and site maintenance, contributing to the incredible work being done to give animals a second chance.

These volunteer days were an inspiring reminder of the power of collective effort and the positive difference we can make when we come together to give back.We are incredibly proud of the compassion and commitment shown by our colleagues and look forward to continuing to support meaningful causes in the future.
