Flogas for an Inclusive Recruitment training session

We recently came together at Flogas for an Inclusive Recruitment training session, focused on building fair, consistent, and inclusive hiring practices across our teams.

During the session, participants explored how unconscious bias can influence questioning, interpretation of responses, and decision-making in interviews. We also covered what questions can and cannot be asked, how to phrase questions to ensure fairness, and how to create an interview environment where every candidate has the opportunity to perform at their best.

Inclusive recruitment is a key part of creating inclusive workplaces, helping us attract, retain, and support diverse talent as we continue to grow.
