BUILD Graduates

At Flogas Ireland, we recently celebrated the graduation of our 2024 cohort from the BUILD Leadership Development Programme — a year-long journey designed to enhance leadership capability, strengthen emotional intelligence, and empower our people to lead with confidence and compassion.

Throughout the programme, our leaders explored key themes such as:

What they take away is more than a certificate — it’s a deeper understanding of what it means to lead with purpose, influence positively, and create psychologically safe, high-performing teams.
