Employee Engagement Survey 

Each year, Flogas along with other businesses in the DCC Group participate in an employee engagement survey. This gives colleagues the opportunity to share honest feedback about their experience of working here, what’s going well, where they feel supported, and where we can continue to improve. Engagement is measured against five pillars: Purpose, Enablement, Autonomy, Reward and Leadership. For the last two years we have received an 81% engagement score. 

The survey helps us understand how people feel about areas such as teamwork, communication, leadership, development opportunities and day-to-day working life. Most importantly, it allows employees to have a voice that helps us shape actions that strengthen our culture and employee experience.
