How do I sign into Flogas "My Account"?
To sign in:
- Enter your email address registered with Flogas and password
- Select “Sign in”. Once you have successfully signed in your “My Account” dashboard page will appear.
What if I have forgetten my password?
To reset a forgotten password:
- Select “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your e-mail address registered with Flogas.
- Select “Reset my password”. An e-mail with a temporary link is sent to you.
- Open the e-mail and select the link.
- Enter a new password. Then, select “Change password”.
- Sign in using your email address and new password.
Having problems logging in to "My Account"
From time to time you may be unable to login to “My Account” if Flogas are:
- Making updates to “My Account”.
- Conducting system maintenance.
- Experiencing technical downtime. If any of these happen, please wait 60 minutes, and then try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you can contact our Customer Support Team at customersupport@fl ogas.ie or call 041 214 9500.

If any of these happen, please wait 30 minutes, and then try again. If you are still having problems logging in because you can’t remember your password you can reset your password by selecting “Forgot your password?” My Account login page here. Once you enter the email address for your account a link will be sent to your email address requesting you reset your password. If you’re having trouble remembering which email address is on your account, or you are still experiencing problems you can contact our Customer Support Team at customersupport@flogas.ie or call 041 214 9500.
If you attempt to log in your ESB Networks Online Account a number of times with an incorrect password, you may be locked out and unable to login for five minutes.
To protect your data, ESB Networks will verify the email registered on your ESB Networks Online Account. If you have not received the verification email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
