  1. Flogas will email you the instruction on how to claim your free Gifthouse voucher on expiration of your cooling off period where you will be issued with a voucher code to redeem your voucher.
  2. Should you change your mind to switch to Flogas you may not be entitled to redeem the voucher.
  3. If you wish to cancel your voucher for any reason do so by contacting Flogas Customer Care Team on 041 214 9500.
  4. We do not warrant that the terms and conditions of the voucher will be listed in their entirety on either the voucher or the website – customers should always refer to both.
  5. We assure that the description or products or services supplied via the voucher information and other related terms will be accurate and not misleading
