Consumer Switchover Offer

Terms and Conditions of New Customer Domestic Central Heating Offer switching from LPG supplier.

This offer applies strictly to new Flogas single tank bulk LPG home heat customers:

  • With an LPG tank & a gas boiler as the sole source of central heating where the home is switching from an LPG Bulk competitor to Flogas (subject to survey).
  • Signing a 2 Year Domestic Bulk LPG Supply Agreement.
  • Living within privately owned and permanently occupied domestic homes.

Under this offer, customers will receive:

  1. A free switchover to Flogas LPG from another LPG supplier. This includes the removal of the existing LPG tank and replacement with a Flogas tank in the same position, plus associated commissioning of the system by a Registered Gas Installer (ROI) / Gas Safe Registered engineer (NI). Any works in addition to this, such as pipework and/or regulator replacement are not covered under this offer.
  2. 400 Litres of LPG free of charge.
  3. A free Boiler Healthcheck.
  4. The price of LPG to the customer will be fixed for a period of two years from date of signed contract.

Flogas reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue this promotion at any time before the offer is accepted.

Home Heat Offer

Terms and Conditions of New Customer Domestic Central Heating Offer

This offer applies strictly to new Flogas single tank bulk LPG home heat customers:

  • Installing a Flogas LPG tank & a gas boiler as the sole source of central heating where the home is converting from Oil to Flogas LPG (subject to survey).
  • Signing a 2 year Domestic Bulk LPG Supply Agreement.
  • Living within privately owned and permanently occupied domestic homes.

Under this offer, the customer can avail of:

  1. A free LPG boiler from those specified at: www.flogas.ie/freeboiler and
  2. The price of LPG to the customer will be fixed for a period of two years from date of signed contract.

Home Heat Customers availing of the free boiler are responsible for ensuring that they maintain the boiler in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The manufacturer should be contacted directly for any servicing or warranty issues following installation.

No cash alternative/exchange is available in lieu of the free boiler.

A Home Heat customer who wishes to organise the installation of an alternative boiler will instead qualify for 1,200 litres of LPG FREE on receipt of the relevant RGI boiler installation certificate. The free boiler or 1,200 litres can be used on the new customer’s Account only and is non-transferable.
