Submit a Meter Reading
EITHER
- Complete the online Meter Reading form below. You need your MPRN, your current Meter Reading and contact details to hand.
OR
- Phone it in to our customer support team on 041 981 5800. Please be sure to confirm your address and meter number.
Please be aware every accepted meter reading you submit generates a new bill.
This applies even if readings are submitted close together. Once issued, each bill is payable 14 days later, either by Direct Debit or your chosen payment method.
This does not apply to customers on our budget payment plan.
