Republic of Ireland Residential Natural Gas prices
Flogas Natural Gas will be increasing the unit price it charges residential natural gas customers by 3.3% effective from the 1st December 2017. The increase arises due to an escalation in the supply price of natural gas on international wholesale markets. Today’s announcement will increase the typical gas bill by 39 cent per week.
Over the last four years Flogas has implemented three price decreases giving an overall reduction in rates of 8.5% prior to the current increase. Details of the price increase will also be sent to customers with their first gas bill dated after 1st December 2017.
