CUSTOMER NOTICE UPDATE ON SUPPORT AND DELIVERIES DURING COVID-19
We hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe, well and warm during this unprecedented crisis. As a provider of essential services, we want to reassure you that our customer support centres in Drogheda and Belfast for our LPG, Natural Gas and Electricity business continue to remain open.
We are following best practice and the advice of the HSE in the Republic of Ireland and the PHA in Northern Ireland to avoid any non-essential activity that would risk spreading the COVID-19 virus.
In order to maximise the safety of our employees we have implemented social distancing protocols, including remote working, within our customer care centres. As a result, there may be some short-term impact on call answering times, but we assure you that your call will be answered, so bear with us during this period. Our Bulk LPG supply chain is unaffected, with plenty of LPG in stock and our LPG delivery schedule is operating normally. We are working hard to ensure that all our customers, especially more vulnerable customers and those in essential healthcare services, continue to receive deliveries of LPG in a timely manner.
For LPG cylinder supplies, some of our dealers’ opening hours may be affected due to the coronavirus but supplies to them are not affected.

NATURAL GAS AND ELECTRICITY CUSTOMERS
Under all levels of Covid -19 restriction, Natural Gas and Electricity supplies will continue as normal. The network operators are working with all suppliers to ensure there is minimal impact on customers, including those on prepayment meters.
Where Level 5 restrictions are in place ESB Networks and Gas Networks Ireland have both advised that they will only be taking meter readings from external meters while Level 5 restrictions remain in place, estimated meter readings will apply during this period for all meters located internally. To get the most accurate bill possible we'd recommend you give us your reading directly, by phone at 1850 306 860 (Mon-Fri 9-5) or anytime online at www.flogas.ie.
