Switches and Renewals for Just Energy customers

If I don’t want to stay with Just Energy / Flogas, can I switch?
You won’t be able to switch to an alternate supplier for a 20-day period following your transfer to Flogas, this is due to network operator constraints. After that, you may switch away at any time. Depending upon the terms of your contract, exit fees may apply, however, we are waiving exit fees up to 31st January 2020 for former Just Energy customers.
What happens at the end of my contract?
Your current contract end date will remain the same. Flogas will notify you of available tariff options 30 days before your tariff is due to end and offer you attractive renewal rates. The notification will include new tariff details and/or terms and conditions that may apply to your energy account.
