Frequently asked questions about your energy account with Flogas

When is the transfer to Flogas happening?
The transfer has taken place on the 14th December 2019.
Will I still be a Just Energy customer?
No, you are now a Flogas customer, however your final Just Energy bill will be arriving in the next couple of weeks.
Will my account details change?
Yes, you will receive a new Flogas account number. Your new account details will be provided by Flogas in the coming weeks.
Will my personal data be shared with Flogas?
Any data that is required to maintain supply and ensure effective billing has been transferred to Flogas such as, your name, address, contact details, gas and electricity meter numbers, and direct debit details (if relevant). For more information please see the Flogas Privacy Policy. Historic payment transaction data and credit history has not been transferred. You can ask Flogas for details of the data held about you.
Will my contractual terms & conditions be affected?
Standard Flogas terms and conditions now apply to your energy supply, and have been posted to all customers. There are no significant changes to the terms and conditions of your supply from Just Energy. All of our terms & conditions and service guarantees are available at www.flogas.ie, as are copies of our Code of Practice, Vulnerable Customer policies, and our Customer Charter.
Will I still get 100% renewable electricity?
Flogas has purchased carbon offsets equivalent to the carbon generated from the supply of electricity to Just Energy customers. Therefore, your electricity will be carbon neutral from the 14th of December.
