About your bills and payments with Flogas

How can I pay my Flogas bill?
You can pay by Direct Debit, or make a payment online at www.flogas.ie, using your internet banking account, in the Post Office, or at any Postpoint outlet.
Will my SEPA Direct Debit stay the same? Will it move across?
Your SEPA Direct Debit will move across to Flogas automatically and you will receive confirmation that the transfer has happened before your first Flogas bill. Your payment will be taken from your account 14 days after you receive your first bill and will appear on your bank statement as Flogas. Direct Debits will vary according to the amount due on each bill.
Will my level pay continue as before?
Flogas offers level pay for both electricity and gas – you will need to contact us to set it up. If you do not contact us and set up a new level pay arrangement the full amount of your bi-monthly bill will be deducted from your bank account 14 days after your bill issuance date.
When will I get my final Just Energy bill, and my first bill from Flogas?
You will receive your final Just Energy bill by the end of December, and you will receive your first Flogas bill from the end of January 2020. Your first Flogas bill will not contain any credits or arrears from your last Just Energy bill. You should continue to contact Just Energy directly regarding any queries in relation to your final bill from Just Energy. After the first Flogas bill, you will receive bills for gas and electricity every two months in line with the network meter-reading schedule.
How long will I be able to access my historic Just Energy bills online?
The Just Energy customer portal will remain active until the end of January 2020 – please ensure you access/download any bills before then. Customers who require further support with questions or queries can contact the Just Energy Customer Service team on 01 4311479.
Will my billing date change?
There may be a change to your billing date, as Flogas utilises the readings provided by the network operators GNI (Gas Networks Ireland) and ESB (Electricity Supply Board) there will be an improvement on the accuracy of your bill. You’ll receive a letter from Flogas with further information on this.
Will I still receive a dual fuel bill if I had gas and electricity with Just Energy?
You will receive separate bills for gas and electricity.
When will I receive bills from Flogas?
You will receive your first Flogas bill from the end of January 2020. After your first Flogas bills, you will receive bills for gas and electricity every two months in line with the network meter-reading schedule.
Do you provide e-billing?
If you previously received your bill online, we expect that you would like that to continue. To do this we intend using the same email address you supplied for this purpose to Just Energy. If you want to update your details before the transfer date or modify your e-bill choice, please contact us on 041 9874 874 or email info@flogas.ie by 8th January.
