Cylinder Service Charges
Flogas have a rigorous cylinder testing policy and maintain high quality standards. The cylinder service charge gives you peace of mind that your cylinder is fully tested and guaranteed. Always bring back your empty cylinder when purchasing gas. New customers or those who do not bring along an empty cylinder when purchasing gas are liable to pay the cylinder service charge.
Note: Any customers returning cylinders which they no longer require, if applicable, only receive allowances at the discretion of Flogas, based on initial receipted cylinder service charge, the conditions of the cylinders and the number of years use they have had from the cylinder. All cylinders remain the property of Flogas and can only be filled and handled by the company and its agents.
