Sautéed Parsnips and Mange tout with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

1 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted in oven),

8 oz parsnips (cut into wedges),

2 spring onions (sliced),

4 oz mange tout (trimmed),

1 clove garlic.

Method

Sauté parsnips, spring onions and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender. Add the mange tout and sauté for 1 minute. Add sesame seeds and season to taste.
