Tomato Crosini

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 small bread stick sliced and toasted,

2 tomatoes diced,

1 onion chopped,

1 clove garlic,

1 tsp oregano,

2 tsp tomato puree.

Method

Sweat off onion and garlic in 1 tbs of olive oil. Add tomatoes, oregano and tomato puree. Cook for two minutes. Season to taste. Spoon onto toasted bread.
